Sheridan Ramsey

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sheridan began gymnastics at Aim High Academy at the age of six. Sheridan competed at Aim High Academy for 12 years, becoming a 9x state champion and a 5x regional champion.

She then went on to compete for the University of Oklahoma. Sheridan competed in over 20 routines on vault for the Sooners and was part of the 2x National Championship-winning team, and the 3x Big 12 Championship-winning team.

Now, Sheridan is the Head coach at Aim High Academy and is Also the owner of Friendships and Flips gymnastics camp. At this camp, she invites past and present collegiate athletes, for a one of a kind experience to make friends, memories, and have so much fun.
